Courses > Organisation of studies
and ECTS (European Credit Transfer System)

The “LMD” reform (Licence, Master, Doctorat or Bachelor, Master, Doctorate) was introduced in order to harmonise European university qualifications and to promote student mobility and international study.

With the advent of the LMD system, international mobility is now a fully recognised component of university study. Students coming under an exchange agreement attend the same classes and courses and are subject to the same assessments as local students. Grades obtained while studying abroad are recorded and validation by their university is guaranteed.
